What lives in your fridge says a lot about you... an honest and occasionally revealing perspective of how you live, what you eat and where you’re at.

Every fridge raider is on the hunt for something delicious to satisfy them. Each moment spent delving inside the fridge is personal, secretive and tasty - whether it’s a pre-party nibble, organised meal prep or a post night out snack - there’s always something to fulfil a craving.

We have the 6 year old ‘Birthday Boy’ and the more mature, but still sneaky, ‘Hungry Hostess’ - both delving in for a cheeky pre-party taste.

Our ‘Midnight Snacker’ who’s perfect on the surface, but doing a big shop takes a backseat to having a good time. Behind the fridge door she’s a sucker for takeaways - storing leftovers that instantly gratify after a little drunken indulgence.

In complete contrast, our ‘Batch Cook Bro’ has his life sorted. His pure organisational pride shines through as he jumps in for a high protein post-workout meal.. But not even he can resist a perfect looking strawb.

There’s no right or wrong, only a bunch of tasty ingredients that tell stories about our various truths at every stage of life.
